Vichy Idealia Life Serum

Vichy Idealia Life Serum is a new product launched onto the market and I was lucky to get eight samples to test it.

Why eight? Because Vichy states that you will see results after eight days of continuous use. It is supposed to give visible results on skin exposed to daily excesses: stress, pollution, unbalanced diet, sun damage. The results should be a radiant, fresh, rested complexion, a more even tone, diminished pores and refined skin texture, all these making your skin look younger and healthier.Vichy Idealia Life Serum combines two key ingredients: LR2412 and LHA, which together aim to repair damage on our skin.

It is dermatologically tested on sensitive skin, hypoallergenic, paraben-free, non-comedogenic.

Vichy Idealia LifeSerum este un produs lansat recent, iar eu am avut norocul sa primesc opt pliculete sa il incerc. De ce opt? Pentru ca Vichy sustine ca rezultatele se vad dupa doar opt zile de folosire zilnica pe pielea supusa exceselor de tot felul: stres, poluare, dieta neechilibrata, actiunea nociva a soarelui. Rezultatul este o piele radioasa, odihnita, un ten mai uniform, pori diminuati si o textura a pielii imbunatatita, toate acestea insemnand o piele mai tanara si mai sanatoasa. Vichy Idealia Life Serum combina doua ingrediente cheie: LR 2412 si LHA, ingrediente care impreuna redau pielii sanatatea.

Este testat dermatologic, fiind indicat si pielii sensibile, este hipoalergenic, nu contine parabeni, este non-comedogenic.

My thoughts:

I liked how my face looked after applying it: less tired, radiant and healthy (probably due to the fact that it contains pink and gold light reflecting particles), not greasy or sticky whatsoever. In the winter months I like my skin to be a bit shinier rather than matte, and if I find that my daily moisturizers leave my face too dull I like to apply a small amount of Benefit Watt's Up highlighter (review here) for a glowy, healthy look. While using Idealia Life Serum, there was no need to use the highlighter due to the serum's light reflecting particles.

The serums are usually transparent, but Vichy Idealia Life Serum is not transparent, it looks like a pearlescent cream. It has a light, non-greasy texture which sinked into the skin instantly. I did not notice much improvement in tightening pores though.

Vichy Idealia Life Serum has a fruity/floral smell which is nice.

Imi place ca pielea arata mai putin obosita, stralucitoare si sanatoasa (probabil datorita particulelor roz si aurii din compozitie), nu ramane grasa sau lipicioasa. In lunile de iarna imi place ca pielea sa fie mai stralucitoare, nu mata, si daca observ ca in urma aplicarii cremelor pielea ramane mata, imi place sa folosesc iluminatorul Benefit Watt's Up (puteti citi aici despre el) pentru o piele mai stralucitoare, cu aspect sanatos. In timpul utilizarii Idealia Life Serum nu am fost nevoita sa aplic iluminator fiindca particulele ce reflectau lumina erau suficiente.

De obicei, serumurile sunt transparente, dar Vichy Idealia Life Serum nu este asa, arata ca o crema cu irizatii. Are o textura usoara, nu este grasa, ceea ce face sa patrunda usor in piele. Totusi, nu am observat sa imi micsoreze porii.

Vichy Idealia Life Serum are un miros fructat/floral placut.

It is a bit pricey (the serums are usually pricey because they have a potent formula), that is why I advise you to ask for samples first because I've heard of cases when this serum caused pimples. It did not happen to me though. If you have greasy skin, this might not be for you. If you have dry skin, Idealia Life Serum is probably perfect.

Pretul este cam mare (serumurile in general sunt mai scumpe fiindca au o formula mai puternica), de aceea v-as sfatui sa incercati sa gasiti mostre pentru a incerca produsul, mai ales ca am auzit ca unor persoane le-au aparut cosuri in urma utilizarii. Mie personal nu mi s-a intamplat. Daca aveti ten gras, s-ar putea ca acest produs sa nu fie cel mai potrivit. Daca aveti ten uscat, Idealia Life Serum s-ar putea sa fie perfect.
